Your Role

As a Client Results Specialist, you will work closely with DealerOn employees and customers to provide a remarkable user experience for each and every client of ours. We offer comprehensive training and provide you with the opportunity to hone not only your marketing skills, but also your expertise in areas like Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and websites optimization. You will become an expert resource for both our customers and employees to turn to for assistance or advice.

Your goal will be to guide our customers to follow best practices for their website, and stand out from their competitors. While your primary contact with customers will be via phone and web, there will be some travel opportunities for conferences and face-to-face visits to clients. Knowledge in sales, SEO/SEM or analytics is preferred, but we will train the right individual who shows a hunger for learning and is willing to put their heart and soul (or blood, sweat, and tears) into the team. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships while always striving to improve results
  • Interface with internal departments to implement and deliver on client commitments
  • Suggest and sell digital marketing products and services that truly benefit our customers
  • Become a reliable, expert source of knowledge for our customers and other department
  • Assist with support requests
