Responsibilities: Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Prepares reports for management regarding status of project. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. You will manage an agile web application development team through daily scrum and biweekly retrospectives. Leverage JIRA to create product backlogs, track sprints and user stories, and monitor team efficiency. Create and track project plans and deliverables in Microsoft Project. Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in development and minimum of 1 year of experience managing teams of 5 or more web developers is required.
